The drawing, material and finished-box requirements give a machine enquiry a clear starting point. Use these checks when discussing your equipment and acceptance terms.
A fruit tray, a mailer box and a shipping carton need different forming and closing operations. Dimensions alone are not enough to choose the equipment. Review the actual blank and material, then agree what the finished box should look like and how the machine will be checked.

Specify board type, thickness, printing and coating. For glued boxes, discuss adhesive and joint requirements. Use the intended production material when agreeing a sample check.
Agree how to assess the formed box: dimensions, squareness, fold alignment and joint condition. For erecting and sealing, include flap position and tape placement in the checks.
Compare the catalogue speed with your required output. Agree the box and material used for any demonstration, how output will be counted and which size changes need to be shown.
Confirm voltage, phase, frequency, compressed air and available floor space. List any conveyor, stacking or existing packing-line connections needed for your project.
Identify the quoted model and configuration in the order. Agree the documents, checks and acceptance terms before purchase, including the requirements at the installation destination.
