The XD-08 is designed for the packaging operations described below. Compare its working dimensions and features with your box drawing and production requirements.
01
Mechanical cardboard feed system
+
A mechanical feed system moves cardboard blanks into position for forming. Check the guides and feed arrangement against the blank drawing, then run samples to assess alignment and handling of the material.
02
Motion-controller operation
+
The controller coordinates movement through the machine; models listing photoelectric tracking also use sensors to track the process. Check the feed and forming sequence during a sample run, including how the machine handles a misplaced blank.
03
Hot-melt gluing system
+
Hot-melt adhesive joins the folded sections of the box. The glue locations need to match the blank and joint design. Review the adhesive requirement, nozzle arrangement and finished joints using your production material.
04
Automatic fault diagnosis
+
The catalogue lists fault diagnosis through the machine controls. During the equipment review, ask to see the messages available for the supplied configuration and the operator steps for checking and restarting the machine.
TECHNICAL DATA
Technical specifications
Confirm the machine configuration against your carton sample, required output and site power supply.
Figures are from the 2025 Xunding catalogue. Actual output depends on box design, cardboard and configuration. Confirm the current specification, electrical supply and box sample before ordering.
BOX REQUIREMENTS
Box size and material requirements
Share the drawing, dimensions and board specification. The catalogue range is a starting point, not a fit guarantee.
01
Your box
Finished dimensions, blank drawing and a photo of the assembled box.
02
Your board
Cardboard type and thickness, and any printing or coating requirements.
03
Your production
Required boxes per hour, shift pattern and available space on the packing line.
04
Your destination
Installation country, site electrical supply and commissioning requirements.
Box families to discuss for XD-08
Review the box drawing and material against this model’s catalogue specification.
An open tray keeps produce accessible during packing. The samples include printed and plain board, with different wall heights and hand-hole positions. The crop name on the print does not determine the forming process.
Folded corner sections change how a tray is formed and joined. The sample collection shows several corner arrangements. A forming setup needs to match the folds and overlaps, even when two trays share the same outside dimensions.
Send the finished-box dimensions, the flat blank drawing and cardboard thickness. Xunding must confirm the exact box structure and configuration; dimensions alone do not establish compatibility.
What affects the production speed?+
The catalogue output is 2,000–3,500 boxes per hour. Production speed depends on the carton design, material and machine settings. Send a box sample to discuss the expected output.
What electrical supply should I plan for?+
The catalogue lists 380 V / 50 Hz. Tell us your site voltage, phase and frequency before requesting a quote. Suitability and any required changes need confirmation for the installation site.
What should I include in an inquiry?+
Include the XD-08 model reference, box dimensions, board thickness, required output and destination. If you do not have a final drawing, describe the packaging you are working on.
