MACHINE FEATURES

This configuration assembles a box from separate cardboard pieces. Send drawings for every piece, together with the assembled sample, so the feed arrangement, joining positions and finished structure can be reviewed.
Vacuum suction picks up the cardboard blank for feeding into the machine. During a sample trial, check that the board separates cleanly and enters in the correct position, especially when blanks are warped or vary in thickness.
The catalogue describes stored settings for mould adjustment. Review how the operator saves and recalls a box setup, then check the physical tooling and formed samples after changing sizes.
The catalogue lists fault diagnosis through the machine controls. During the equipment review, ask to see the messages available for the supplied configuration and the operator steps for checking and restarting the machine.

A three-piece box uses separate cardboard components joined during assembly. It needs a different feed and joining arrangement from a tray folded from one blank. The Xunding range includes dedicated three-piece forming equipment.
