A configurable mailer-box assembly line for clothing, crafts, daily goods and electronics packaging. Confirm the blank structure and line arrangement with Xunding.
The XD-Z12 is designed for the packaging operations described below. Compare its working dimensions and features with your box drawing and production requirements.
01
Automatic cardboard feeding
+
The feed system supplies blanks to the forming cycle. Blank size, stiffness and stack condition affect feeding; use production samples to check pickup and positioning over repeated cycles.
02
Continuous multi-position forming
+
Blanks move through successive positions in the folding and forming process. Review how the box is held and transferred at each stage, with particular attention to corners, joints and the discharge arrangement.
03
Servo and photoelectric tracking
+
The controller coordinates movement through the machine; models listing photoelectric tracking also use sensors to track the process. Check the feed and forming sequence during a sample run, including how the machine handles a misplaced blank.
04
Configured conveying and assembly
+
The line combines forming with the conveying or assembly stages specified for the project. Agree the sequence, transfer positions and floor layout before ordering, including the connection to any existing equipment.
TECHNICAL DATA
Technical specifications
Confirm the machine configuration against your carton sample, required output and site power supply.
Figures are from the 2025 Xunding catalogue. Actual output depends on box design, cardboard and configuration. Confirm the current specification, electrical supply and box sample before ordering.

Box families to discuss for XD-Z12
Review the box drawing and material against this model’s catalogue specification.
A mailer has a lid attached to the body and folded side sections. Its tabs, lid and corner folds determine the forming sequence. Printed board can be used, but print quality comes from the supplied blank.
Send the finished-box dimensions, the flat blank drawing and cardboard thickness. Xunding must confirm the exact box structure and configuration; dimensions alone do not establish compatibility.
What affects the production speed?+
The catalogue output is 1,200–1,800 boxes per hour. Production speed depends on the carton design, material and machine settings. Send a box sample to discuss the expected output.
What electrical supply should I plan for?+
The catalogue lists 220 V / 50 Hz. Tell us your site voltage, phase and frequency before requesting a quote. Suitability and any required changes need confirmation for the installation site.
What should I include in an inquiry?+
Include the XD-Z12 model reference, box dimensions, board thickness, required output and destination. If you do not have a final drawing, describe the packaging you are working on.
