Hangzhou Xunding Machinery Co., Ltd. is exhibiting the XD-Z07 automatic fruit box forming machine at the 10th All in Print China exhibition, taking place on 12–16 October 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. At booth E4D423, the demonstration forms pre-printed board into finished boxes on site. Science and Technology Daily reported on 12 October that more than one hundred advanced machines and technical innovations were launched at the exhibition, including integrated intelligent packaging lines.
What was demonstrated at the booth
Xunding’s booth backdrop described a specialist manufacturer of automatic fruit box forming machines, complete production line solutions for mailer boxes, and a focus on packaging machinery for gift, product and paper cartons.
During the demonstration, pre-printed board entered the XD-Z07 and was formed in a single pass. Staff removed the formed boxes from the machine, and visitors were able to take samples away with them. The demonstration board carried packaging artwork, including an avocado design, matching the finished box samples displayed on the stand.
The samples on display covered several formats: long white fruit boxes, yellow fruit boxes and avocado boxes printed with AVOCADOS HASS artwork. Mailer boxes, gift boxes, hinged-lid boxes and cake boxes were shown alongside them. Stacks of formed boxes stood at the side of the stand, showing the folded corners and finished shapes.
Visitors asked mainly about three points: how closely the formed box follows the original design, whether a second manual folding step is needed, and how changeover between formats is handled.

XD-Z07 product highlights and format checks
One-pass forming. In the booth demonstration, feeding and forming were completed in a single pass, without a separate manual folding operation for the demonstrated box. The XD-Z07 catalogue describes automatic cardboard feeding, gluing and continuous folding and forming.
Tooling change between formats. A different box design requires the tooling and machine configuration to be checked against its blank and finished sample. The stand’s fruit, mailer and gift box display shows the range of packaging under discussion; it does not establish that every displayed structure runs on the same machine.
Forming after printing. The demonstration used pre-printed board, placing forming downstream of printing. For a connected line, the transfer arrangement, blank supply and required output need to be reviewed. The mailer box equipment and line options shown in Xunding’s catalogue have their own model references.
Applications and the next box discussion
Fruit and vegetable brands, fresh-food e-commerce and gift packaging all need a formed box suited to the product and handling process. The exhibition samples provide a starting point for discussing those structures. Mailer boxes, shoe boxes and hinged-lid or separate lid-and-base boxes have dedicated equipment candidates in Xunding’s catalogue.
