Figures are from the 2025 Xunding catalogue. Actual output depends on box design, cardboard and configuration. Confirm the current specification, electrical supply and box sample before ordering.
Typical packaging applications
Produces lid-and-base cardboard packaging for fruit and other products. Automatic feeding, gluing and folding form the box from a prepared cardboard blank.
The XD-08 is designed for the packaging operations described below. Compare its working dimensions and features with your box drawing and production requirements.
01
Compensated glue spraying
+
The glue-spray system includes automatic compensation during the gluing cycle.
02
Continuous feeding and folding
+
Vacuum-suction feeding, edge folding, edge pressing, tab folding and forming run in one continuous process.
03
PLC and touchscreen control
+
PLC control works with photoelectric tracking, air-supply detection and a touchscreen operator interface.
04
Front and rear glue positioning
+
Automatic cardboard positioning before and after gluing helps reduce photoelectric positioning errors.
05
Infrared protection
+
An infrared protection system is listed in the catalogue for the machine operating area.
06
Fault diagnosis and changeover
+
Automatic fault diagnosis and a quick mould-adjustment device are included in the catalogue description.
07
Modular machine frame
+
The cage-style frame uses integral machining and grouped assemblies for the machine structure.
BOX REQUIREMENTS
Packaging box specifications
Finished dimensions and flat blank dimensions are listed separately. All dimensions are in millimetres.
XD-08 · Finished box and cardboard blank
Finished box length L
220–680 mm
Finished box width W
220–680 mm
Finished box height H
100–250 mm
Flat blank dimension A
450–1,000 mm
Flat blank dimension B
450–1,000 mm
Cardboard thickness
1.5–7 mm
A and B refer to the flat blank; L, W and H refer to the finished box. Use the drawing to identify each dimension. Size ranges do not mean that every combination of dimensions is suitable.

Box families to discuss for XD-08
Review the box drawing and material against this model’s catalogue specification.
An open tray keeps produce accessible during packing. The samples include printed and plain board, with different wall heights and hand-hole positions. The crop name on the print does not determine the forming process.
Folded corner sections change how a tray is formed and joined. The sample collection shows several corner arrangements. A forming setup needs to match the folds and overlaps, even when two trays share the same outside dimensions.
Send the finished-box dimensions, the flat blank drawing and cardboard thickness. Xunding must confirm the exact box structure and configuration; dimensions alone do not establish compatibility.
What affects the production speed?+
The catalogue output is 2,000–3,500 boxes per hour. Production speed depends on the carton design, material and machine settings. Send a box sample to discuss the expected output.
What electrical supply should I plan for?+
The catalogue lists 380 V / 50 Hz. Tell us your site voltage, phase and frequency before requesting a quote. Suitability and any required changes need confirmation for the installation site.
What should I include in an inquiry?+
Include the XD-08 model reference, box dimensions, board thickness, required output and destination. If you do not have a final drawing, describe the packaging you are working on.
