Figures are from the 2025 Xunding catalogue. Actual output depends on box design, cardboard and configuration. Confirm the current specification, electrical supply and box sample before ordering.
Typical packaging applications

Box families to discuss for XD-Z14
Review the box drawing and material against this model’s catalogue specification.
The lid remains connected to the base. Box depth, lid position and edge folds affect the tooling and closing operation. Xunding lists hinged-lid shoe-box equipment separately from the fruit tray range.
The lid and base are formed as separate parts. Both drawings matter: the lid must fit the finished base after folding and joining. The XD-Z14 catalogue covers this box family as well as hinged-lid boxes.
Send the finished-box dimensions, the flat blank drawing and cardboard thickness. Xunding must confirm the exact box structure and configuration; dimensions alone do not establish compatibility.
What affects the production speed?+
The catalogue output is 2,700–3,300 boxes per hour. Production speed depends on the carton design, material and machine settings. Send a box sample to discuss the expected output.
What electrical supply should I plan for?+
The catalogue lists 380 V / 50 Hz. Tell us your site voltage, phase and frequency before requesting a quote. Suitability and any required changes need confirmation for the installation site.
What should I include in an inquiry?+
Include the XD-Z14 model reference, box dimensions, board thickness, required output and destination. If you do not have a final drawing, describe the packaging you are working on.
Choose custom packaging equipment for fruit trays, mailer boxes and lid-and-base boxes. Compare forming, carton erecting, changeover and investment needs.
