Figures are from the 2025 Xunding catalogue. Actual output depends on box design, cardboard and configuration. Confirm the current specification, electrical supply and box sample before ordering.
Typical packaging applications
Forms folding mailer boxes, described as aircraft boxes in the catalogue, for clothing, crafts, daily goods, electronics, electrical appliances, hardware and standard parts. Stations and layout are configured for the required assembly line.
The XD-11 is designed for the packaging operations described below. Compare its working dimensions and features with your box drawing and production requirements.
01
One-button start
+
One-button operation starts the automatic sequence across the multiple forming positions.
02
Vacuum-pump bottom feeding
+
Bottom-suction cardboard feeding allows replenishment without stopping the running machine.
03
PLC, servo and photoelectric control
+
PLC and servo control coordinate the forming sequence, with photoelectric tracking and a touchscreen operator interface.
04
Continuous multi-position forming
+
Successive forming positions complete the box-folding operations as part of a continuous sequence.
05
Chain-positioned motion
+
The catalogue specifies chain-positioned movement for locating the cardboard during processing.
06
Steel frame construction
+
The frame is steel, with aluminium, stainless-steel and steel parts and coated, hardened or nickel-plated surfaces.

Box families to discuss for XD-11
Review the box drawing and material against this model’s catalogue specification.
A mailer has a lid attached to the body and folded side sections. Its tabs, lid and corner folds determine the forming sequence. Printed board can be used, but print quality comes from the supplied blank.
Send the finished-box dimensions, the flat blank drawing and cardboard thickness. Xunding must confirm the exact box structure and configuration; dimensions alone do not establish compatibility.
What affects the production speed?+
The catalogue output is 1,200–1,800 boxes per hour. Production speed depends on the carton design, material and machine settings. Send a box sample to discuss the expected output.
What electrical supply should I plan for?+
The catalogue lists 220 V / 50 Hz. Tell us your site voltage, phase and frequency before requesting a quote. Suitability and any required changes need confirmation for the installation site.
What should I include in an inquiry?+
Include the XD-11 model reference, box dimensions, board thickness, required output and destination. If you do not have a final drawing, describe the packaging you are working on.
