Produces cardboard outer packaging for food, fruit and vegetables, with automatic feeding, gluing, folding and forming. The finished structure is selected to match the blank and mould. The catalogue specifically describes inward-folding fruit and vegetable box structures.

MACHINE FEATURES

The glue-spray system includes automatic compensation during the gluing cycle.
Vacuum-suction feeding, edge folding, edge pressing, tab folding and forming run in one continuous process.
PLC control works with photoelectric tracking, air-supply detection and a touchscreen operator interface.
Automatic cardboard positioning before and after gluing helps reduce photoelectric positioning errors.

Formed boxes are conveyed to the stacking section after the folding and forming operations.

An open tray keeps produce accessible during packing. The samples include printed and plain board, with different wall heights and hand-hole positions. The crop name on the print does not determine the forming process.

Folded corner sections change how a tray is formed and joined. The sample collection shows several corner arrangements. A forming setup needs to match the folds and overlaps, even when two trays share the same outside dimensions.

The catalogue output is 1,200–3,000 boxes per hour. Production speed depends on the carton design, material and machine settings. Send a box sample to discuss the expected output.
The catalogue lists 380 V / 50 Hz. Tell us your site voltage, phase and frequency before requesting a quote. Suitability and any required changes need confirmation for the installation site.
