The intelligent glue-spray system compensates automatically during the gluing operation.
A folding-knife function is incorporated in the forming mechanism to handle different box structures.
Vacuum-pump bottom-suction feeding allows cardboard replenishment while the equipment continues running.
The forming process assembles separate cardboard pieces into the finished fruit or vegetable box.
A motion controller coordinates photoelectric tracking, air-supply detection and the touchscreen interface.
Touchscreen memory and position indicators work together during mould-size adjustment.

A three-piece box uses separate cardboard components joined during assembly. It needs a different feed and joining arrangement from a tray folded from one blank. The Xunding range includes dedicated three-piece forming equipment.

The catalogue lists 380 V / 50 Hz. Tell us your site voltage, phase and frequency before requesting a quote. Suitability and any required changes need confirmation for the installation site.
